Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the various teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Highly number-oriented and passionate about sales and target achievement
Required Skills and Qualifications
An Inside Sales Team Lead needs a blend of sales understanding and experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills (Tamil or any other South Indian regional language)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industry trends
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
- Relevant experience in edtech sales is an added advantage.
- Any UG/PG degree
