What’s the City Intimation Slip?

Before the admit card, you’ll get a city slip via email. This simply tells you the city where you’ll take the exam. You won’t be able to pick it — it’s assigned based on your application. But it helps you plan travel in advance.

How to Download the Admit Card

Here’s what you need to do once it’s released on July 22:

  1. Go to the official NBEMS website: natboard.edu.in
  2. Find the link that says FMGE Admit Card 2025
  3. Log in using your User ID and Password
  4. Download your admit card and save it as a PDF
  5. Take a printout — color is better, but black and white is fine too

It’s super important to carry this printout on exam day. No admit card, no entry.

Admit Card Verification

Once you download it, don’t just stuff it in your bag. Check all the details:

  • Your name, roll number, and application ID
  • Date of birth and exam shift
  • Exam city, center name, and address
  • Reporting time and session timing
  • A blank space to paste a passport-size photo (carry one with you)

If anything looks wrong, get in touch with the NBEMS helpdesk immediately.

Documents Required

You’ll need three things:

  1. A printed copy of your FMGE admit card
  2. A valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
  3. A passport-size photo (same as on your admit card)

These are mandatory. If you forget even one of them, you might not be allowed to take the exam.

Things You’re Not Allowed to Carry

Don’t take the following items with you:

  • Phones or smartwatches
  • Bags, wallets, books, or notes
  • Calculators or electronic devices
  • Any study material

Only your admit card, ID, and photo should be with you when you enter.

Exam Day Timings & Entry Rules

The FMGE is held in two sessions. You’ll be assigned a shift — either morning or afternoon.

Here’s a quick idea of the timing:

ShiftEntry StartsEntry ClosesExam Time

Afternoon12:00 PM1:30 PM2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Be sure to reach your exam center at least an hour early. Late entries aren’t allowed.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

If there’s an error on your admit card or you can’t download it, don’t panic. You can contact the NBEMS helpdesk:

Website: Head over to the official NBE site (examarchive.natboard.edu.in) and look for their contact details — like a helpline number or email ID.

Helpline: Give the NBE helpline a call (number’s on the website). Let them know what issue you’re facing and ask what steps to follow.

Email: You can also shoot them an email. Make sure to explain the issue clearly and attach your admit card along with any docs that prove the correct info.

Explain your issue clearly and they’ll help you fix it.

End note

The admit card is your golden ticket to the FMGE exam, so make sure to:

  • Download it as soon as it’s out
  • Double-check all the details
  • Carry everything you need on exam day
  • Follow the timing and rules strictly
