As an Inside Sales Associate at FACE Prep, you will be at the forefront of creating and maintaining these vital connections. Based in Coimbatore, this role involves working closely with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and driving impactful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Qualify potential customers and understand their requirements to match them with appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage with prospects.
- Address customer queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
An Inside Sales Associate needs a blend of sales understanding and experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills (Tamil or any other South Indian Regional language)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industry trends
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
- Relevant experience in edtech sales is an added advantage.
- Any UG/PG degree
